Appeal Democrat Monday January 11, 1954 pg 12 Mrs Grace Brown Dies In Hospital Mrs Grace Brown, 514 H St., Marysville, died early today in Rideout Hospital where she had been confined for a month. Mrs Brown was a native of Honcut and had lived in this area all of her life. Her husband was James Brown, who died four years ago. Mrs Brown was the mother of Geraldine Gengler, wife of Marysville's acting post master. Other survivors include a grandson, Robert Gengler and two sisters, Mrs Laura Foster of Yuba City and Lucile Fellows of Mariposa. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 am Wednesday in Lipp & Sullivan chapel, Marysville and interment will be in Sierra View Memorial Park.
