Welter - Funeral services are scheduled Friday for Mildred Mae Welter, 49, of 
Yuba City, who died unexpectedly Monday at Kaiser Hospital in South San 
Francisco Bay area. A native of Kansas, she had been a Yuba-Sutter area 
resident since 1933. She is survived by her husband, Mancil; a son, Michael and 
by her mother, Mrs Clara Flint. All are of Yuba City. Services are scheduled 
Friday at 2 pm at Ullrey Memorial Chapel with Rev. Edgar Nelson of the First 
Methodist Church of Yuba City officiating. Interment will be in Sutter Cemetery
