"Big Bear Grizzly" Thursday, March 23, 2006

Edward S. Dobis 96, passed March 3, 2006. Ed retired as a commander after 30 
years in the Navy. In 1962 he and his wife, Grace, and son, Ted and Ted's wife, 
Kris, bought the Lighthouse Trailer Resort on the North Shore of Big Bear Lake.

Grace preceded Ed in death in 2001. Ed leaves his daughter, Carol Sallee of 
Honolulu, his daughter Barbara Krempp of Yucca Valley and his son Edward (Ted), 
nine grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren. 
Services will be held March 28 at Riverside National Cemetery.

Ed's wishes were for each of us to nurture and cherish each child as they are 
the future of America and the sunshine of our lives.
