"Big Bear Grizzly" January 9, 2006 

Athena Aspiotes 16, passed Dec. 30, 2005 due to an accident by a drunk driver. She was a 
passenger. Born March 14, 1989, in Big Bear Lake, Athena moved to Fallbrook in 2001 to 
live with her mother.
Athena is survived by her father Mike Aspiotes, of Big Bear Lake; mother Cynthia Harris, 
of Fallbrook; brothers Jeremy Harris of La Jolla and Mikey Aspiotes of Big Bear Lake; 
grandparents Georgia Aspiotes of Monrovia and Bill and Yvonne Harris of Fallbrook and 
uncle Aris Aspiotes of Temple City.
She was a cheerleader, Jr. All American and loved life and her family. She was beautiful 
inside and out and will be truly missed. God has another angel in heaven.
