Appeal Democrat Thursday July 9, 1970

Welter- Funeral services are planned tomorrow in Yuba City for Mancil Welter, 
73, a former area resident who died yesterday in Los Alamitos. A native of 
Sutter County he farmed here for many years. Since his retirement he had made 
his home at 602 Sunset Dr. Oceanside. Survivors include a son, Michael D Welter 
of Oceanside; and two brothers, frank welter of Yuba City and Preston Welter of 
Sierraville. Services will be conducted tomorrow at 2 pm in Ullrey Memorial 
Chapel. Burial will be in Sutter Cemetery.
