William Fales Laid To Rest
Old Time Residents Funeral Held On Sunday Last
Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at two o'clock from Eversole's 
Mortuary for William Fales, old- time county resident. Mr Fales passed away 
November 20 at the age of 74 years, a good part of which had been passed around 
Dos Rios, Covelo and this vicinity, where he was highly regarded and had many 
friends. Services Sunday:Rev. Elbert Holland conducted the services and 
pallbearers were Judge J. C. Hurley, Ed. Gordon, Kirk Ford, George O'Quest, 
Beverly Broaddus and Ben Waldo. Surviving Mr. Fales are four sons, James, San 
Francisco; Vernon, Humboldt County; William, Oregon, and George, Gualala
