All persons donating to this site retain the rights to their own work. Ukiah Daily Journal, August 16, 2000 Funeral services will be held at 10 am Friday at Eversole Mortuary for Robert L. Duncan of Ukiah. The Covelo native and lifelong Mendocino County resident died Monday, August 14, 2000, at a Ukiah convalescent hospital. He was 80. Interment will be in the Ukiah cemetery. Recitation of the Rosary will take place at 6 pm today at the mortuary. Friends may pay their respects beginning at 4 pm. Born May 20, 1920, Mr Duncan was a U.S. Army veteran, serving in World War 11. He leaves his wife, Harriet, of Ukiah; a son, William Duncan of Sacramento; a brother, Ambrose Duncan of Ukiah; a brother-in-law, Charles Mitchell, and a sister-in-law, Peggi Mitchell. Also Surviving are nephews Arlond Allen, Noland Mitchell and Francisco Flores; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
