San Gabriel Valley Tribune; 3/8/2007 TILLMAN- Patricia (Pat) Tillman, 75, Born May 17, 1931 Glendale, CA, Died March 5, 2007 of Cortical-basalganglionic degeneration (CBGD). She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Bob, her three children, son and daughter in law, Norm and Delia of Gillette, Wyoming, son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Tina of RSM, CA, and daughter and son in law, Denise and Ron Bishop of Rancho Cucamonga, 4 grandsons, Robert, David, James and Mark Tillman, and sister Linda Maeda of Hemet. Pat wa s a loving mother, and with her family was very active in the San Gabriel Valley Boat and Ski Club. She was a talented speed boat racer, enjoyed ocean fishing and spending time with her lifetime Love, Bob. After raising her children, she went to work for Home Savings and Loan. She started as a receptionist and retired 27 years later as an escrow manager. Pat fought her disease bravely, accepting each stage with courage, humor, and grace. Pat was an example to all who knew her, always maintaining a positive attitude for everything good in her life. She was a tough lady and will be missed by all who's lives she touched.
