Colusa Sun Herald Dec 1, 1975 Amy G Taylor Rites Wednesday Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Wednesday in McNary-Moore Chapel for Mrs Amy Garmire Taylor, 75, a long time resident of Colusa County, who died Sunday in Elk Grove. A native of Meridian, Mrs. Taylor was born Novemeber 21, 1900. She had spent her entire lifetime in Colusa County until two months ago when she moved to Elk Grove to make her home with her son, Francis Hochstrat. She had lived in Colusa with a daughter, Dolores Evans, before moving to Elk Grove. Mrs Taylor was a past member and past president of Colus Parlor, Native Daughters of the Golden West. Survivors include her children, Francis Hochstrat of Elk Grove, Dlores Evans of Colusa, Margaret Swift of Alabama and Dorothy Kitchell of Altaville; a sister Sylvia Myers of Fremont; 18 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
