Boehmer, a dentist and a local resident for more than 50 years, are pending at the Civic Center Chapel of Wilson & Kratzer Mortuaries. A native of Colusa, Dr. Boehmer died Sunday in his Richmond home. He was 86. Dr. Boehmer was a veteran of World War I and a member of Harbor Lodge No. 502, F &A. M.; Ancient Egyptian Order of Sciots, Pyramid No. 42, Acantha Chapter No. 249, OES; Oakland Consistory Scottish Rites Bodies; Aahmes Temple of the Shrine, Oakland; Richmond Lodge No. 1251, BPOE; National Dental Association; California State Dental Association; Contra Costa Dental Association; University of California Alumni Association; and a past president of the Richmond Lions Club. Survivors include his wife, Venetia Boehmer, of Richmond; a sister, Stella Boehmer, of San Francisco; and two brothers, Henry Boehmer of Long Beach, and Al Boehmer of Arroyo Grande.
