Miss Stipp is one of Lakeport's brightest and best girls, and one of the handsomest as well. Mr. Howard has been a resident of Lakeport about two years, being employed as assistant postmaster during most of that time. He's a good boy, and a mighty lucky one, as all who know Miss Stipp will readily admit.
